Who is behind the creativity?

Hello, I'm Jenn-Lee — first a wife, a mother of 7, and a passionate creative. My artistic endeavors span various forms, from capturing moments in portraits to working on film, graphics, and crafting tangible art for my home. I also find joy in cultivating flowers and food on our homestead.

What inspires your creative process?

My creative journey is fueled by a lifelong love of fashion design, a deep passion for travel, and the timeless allure of old portraits adorning the walls of French chateaus and art museums globally.

What sets your portrait creations apart?

I specialize in crafting portraits that go beyond the typical "Christmas card photos." (Although they do make for great card photos!) Each portrait offers a unique opportunity for self-discovery and falling in love with oneself all over again. It's about creating beautiful art with a meaningful touch. I like to go in two directions, Art that makes one wonder if it belongs in a chateau, or art that looks ready for the fashion magazines. During our consultation phase I will dial in which look would be best for your desired outcomes.(You can also tell me what you love the most!)

Where do you create?

You can often find me immersed in the creative process at Heirloom Barn Studios main location, my small private haven located in Northeastern rural Utah on our homestead property. While rooted in Utah, I am thrilled to travel to new locations and studios, bringing my artistic touch wherever the project takes me. With an active passport and travel experience in major cities like Paris, Budapest, Tokyo, NYC, Atlanta, and San Francisco, I am available for travel worldwide.
